I'm Ahmed — I like to hike, travel to islands, take photos, and have long conversations with interesting people.

This site is where I keep my travel logs, photography, and podcast episodes. I started writing these as a way to remember the details of each trip — the food, the trails, the people — and to share them with friends who kept asking for recommendations.

I really got into photography when I started bringing point-and-shoot cameras with me on my hikes. Now I shoot with a Sigma BF and occasionally on film.
